2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will EXCHANGE only if JEK Luxury Hair made a mistake with your order (i.e. received wrong length or texture).
Exchanges are available to customers within 3 days of product delivery. In order to exchange the hair due to a mistake by JEK Luxury Hair, the following conditions must be met:
– Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging
– Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.
– Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
