Shipping & Handling
Once the method of payment is accepted and approved – orders will be processed within 24-48 hours and prepared for shipment. Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a USPS tracking number – once your order has been shipped. Please double check your shipping address. If you do not receive your order once shipped – please contact USPS immediately. We are not liable for lost, stolen and undelivered packages.
All orders are shipped via USPS. No orders are shipped on weekends or holidays. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees of any kind. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from JEK Luxury Hair you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We only ship to addresses on payment method of billing.
If multiple items are ordered and something is out of stock we will ship everything except item that isn’t available. You will get issued a refund of item not in stock.
JEK Luxury Hair is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters , or carrier delays. Any incorrect billing and/or shipping information opted by customer will cause delays.
As a service to our men and women in the Armed Forces, JEK Luxury Hair will ship to APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses must be sent using USPS Priority Mail. Delivery may take longer than the standard transit times quoted.
SHIPMENTS TO ALASKA, HAWAII & U.S. TERRITORIES
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any of the U.S. territories may take up to 14 business days to arrive.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES:
If your order is submitted with a PO Box in the Shipping section, your order will go through but will be canceled & refunded. All orders are required signature, therefore we can not ship to PO BOXES.
